Dylan Feiner
Digital Product Manager

I'm a product manager building + growing consumer platforms that solve real customer problems & drive meaningful business impact.

My product career started in 2020 at FIGS, where I joined as an Associate Product Manager. I partnered with engineering to migrate the site from Shopify Liquid to a modern headless architecture (+48% YoY CVR), and drove outcomes across CX, marketing, and site merchandising.

I spent a brief stint at Sidebench in 2021 leading distributed teams to build applications for clients in the healthcare space. In 2022, I came back to D2C ecommerce where I joined Ruggable as a Senior Product Manager.

At Ruggable, I led the team that shipped our custom headless website (+12% CVR), expanded internationally to 6 countries (supporting 4 languages), and scaled the content management system, personalization layer, and analytics infrastructure powering it all.

I'm now Principal Technical Product Manager, leading the storefront technology team, running a high-velocity experimentation program, and tackling the highest-leverage technical problems on the storefront roadmap.

A few things I'm convinced of: behavioral design is the key to fixing the funnel. Personalization is real growth—but only when it's scalable and targeted, which most teams don't get right. And AI is enabling PMs to spend more time on the parts of the job that are actually fun: building, and deciding what's right to build.

Outside of work, I'm hiking the Marin County hills with my dog, my wife, and my son (in a Kid Comfort backpack), tinkering with this website and a few other personal projects, and currently reading ~6 books.

If you want to talk shop or talk talk, say hey.

Interests

Beyond Work

Family

Just hanging out with my wife, son, and our American Lab, Billie. It's the best.

Travel & Outdoors

Hiking on dog-friendly trails in Marin, camping/backpacking all over California, and birding/wildlife spotting everywhere. 33 states, 25 national parks, 27 countries, and counting.

Puzzles & Games

Jigsaws, board games, card games, and the NY Times game app (Spelling Bee #1). Golf, tennis, softball, and basketball to play; Bay Area (Giants, 49ers, Warriors), University of Michigan, golf, tennis, and soccer to watch.

Building & Playing

Vibe coding side projects, house repairs I'm marginally qualified for, and practicing hard to get a fraction as good as Billy Strings on the guitar.

Recs

What I'm into

A rotating snapshot of what I'm reading, listening to, doing, and eating — plus a few standing recs.
